Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the 4dgspl.at website, dashboard, agent API and processing service (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

1. The service

4dgspl.at turns the multi-camera videos you upload into 4D Gaussian Splatting scenes, stores them and lets them play in the browser. The service is in early access; features, limits and processing times may change.

2. Account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and agent keys secret. You are responsible for actions taken with your account and keys; if you think a key has leaked, revoke it in the dashboard right away.
• Opening several accounts to multiply free jobs is not allowed; such accounts may be closed.

3. Free use and credits

• New accounts start with a limited number of free jobs; the current number, duration and quality limits are shown in the dashboard.
• Further jobs use credits. Credits are charged when you submit a job; the credits of jobs that cannot be completed (end with an error) are refunded automatically.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. When online credit purchases open, the sales, refund and withdrawal terms will be published separately.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the results produced. You give us only the limited, revocable licence needed to provide the service (store, process and show them to you and the people you share them with).
• You confirm that the content you upload is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that you have the necessary permissions from the people shown in the videos.
• Results with an open share link can be seen by anyone who has the link; if you also allow it, they may be shown on the examples page. You can withdraw these permissions at any time.

5. Prohibited use

You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, shows people without their consent, or is obscene or violent; nor try to get around the security and limits of the service or overload it with automated tools. We may remove such content and suspend accounts.

6. Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Result quality depends on the capture conditions and no particular quality is guaranteed. Keep your own backups of important files. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time (hello@4dgspl.at). We may close accounts that breach these terms.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we announce important changes on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
